After 1,131 submissions, 45 self-tapes, and 11 actresses called back, we are so excited to announce that Challen Cates has joined the cast of Penumbra as Dr. Corrie Richardson, the take no-nonsense, balls-to-the-walls rehab therapist who challenges and inspires her patients.

Challen is best known for playing Mrs. Knight on the TV series, Big Time Rush, as well as 4 Big Time Rush movies. She also had a recurring arc on the soap Passions, as well as numerous other Guest Starring Roles on hit primetime television shows. Currently Challen can be seen in IS THERE SEX AFTER MARRIAGE (The Two Roads Theatre).
